Well-Thought is a private, practical tool (only on your device app-no servers) for anyone who feels caught in recurring negative thought loops—the overthinkers, the self-critics, and those who can feel overwhelmed by their own inner monologue.

At its core: Pattern Recognition (Not Just Thought-Catching): Unlike a simple diary, our intelligent engine is designed to look for the recurring habits in your thinking. By identifying foundational patterns like "Overgeneralising" or "Mind Reading," it helps you see the deeper "rules" that might be running in the background of your mind, giving you a much more powerful leverage point for change:

 

You speak into your device or type a specific, "troubling" thought and feeling  that's causing you distress, and the app acts as a mirror. It analyses the structure of your thought to identify the underlying pattern, it then provides targeted questions and alternative, balanced perspectives to help you challenge your initial thought, not with generic affirmations, but with logic and evidence. We then replace the unhelpful thought with a balanced, evidence based new thought.
